Refund / Return / Cancellation Policy

For Tickets
There are no cancellations or refunds for tickets purchased to a One Voice Mixed Chorus event. All sales are final. You may exchange your tickets to a different date/time for the same concert by contacting the office by phone or email.
If you find you are unable to attend the concert you can turn them in for a tax-deductible donation to One Voice Mixed Chorus (a non-profit organization). You must notify us at least one hour before the concert start time.
Call the One Voice office (leave a message if necessary) or send an email. Provide your name, number of tickets and the order number. Your tickets will be voided and seats will be released. A donation receipt will be mailed a few weeks following the concert for the purchase price of the tickets.
For Merchandise
All sales are final and there are no refunds. However, if within 30 days of the shipping date you discover your merchandise to be faulty, you may return it to One Voice Mixed Chorus, 732 Holly Ave., St Paul, MN, 55104 for a replacement, if available. Please include information on the problem as well as where to ship the replacement item(s). Returns made after 30 days of the shipping date will not be honored.
