Old, New, Borrowed Q: 20th Anniversary Celebration CD (2008)
For our 20th anniversary concert, Artistic Director Jane Ramseyer Miller created a program that illustrated the ways all the changes in GLBT culture over the course of One Voice's first two decades and how we helped make those positive changes happen. “The success of the chorus really reflects the successes of the GLBT community,” notes Ramseyer Miller. “It has been personally and professionally gratifying to see this chorus grow from a small struggling non-profit to a vibrant chorus with a strong sound and a focused mission of outreach, community and social change.
Building Bridges CD (2005)
Building Bridges opened One Voice Mixed Chorus' 17th concert season on January 28-30, 2005 at Sundin Hall at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. This concert focuses on creating connections through diverse communities and cultures. Consequently, it reflects diverse musical styles. From the traditional Bridge Over Troubled Water by Paul Simon to Dream Keeper by Dave Brubeck; or from Po-polu, a Russian folksong to Let Us Be United and Mirror by Chris Gable (a Minnesota composer), this eclectic concert bridges musical styles, cultures, and languages.
